Color & Light in Barcelona

I fall in love with places, the way that I fall in love with people.  I fall hard, and I fall fast.  And when we part, it’s painful to leave.

In Barcelona, it was the color and the light that attracted me and ignited my heart. No matter the time--sunrise, sunset, high noon, golden hour, twilight--my eyes had sparkles in them.  Wide-eyed wandering happened daily.

The places seen here are St. Joseph’s Boqueria, Park Güell, La Sagrada Familia, the Marina, Las Ramblas, El Raval, MACBA, the W Hotel and the stretch from Barceloneta Beach to Mar Bella.
